A Family Retreat at Berkes Vendeghaz Bed & BreakfastOur family recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Berkes Vendeghaz Bed & Breakfast, a gem tucked away in a serene location. Traveling from Vancouver, Canada, I appreciated the clean and spacious family room that comfortably accommodated us. The room's air conditioning was a savior during the summer heat, and the well-placed windows offered stunning views of Badacsony at both sunrise and sunset. One of the highlights was the flexibility of the host, who allowed us to park our car before check-in and after check-out, making our traveling experience stress-free. We took advantage of the refreshing breakfast buffet-freshly cooked eggs and local delicacies were a hit with both our daughters. They also enjoyed the cozy lobby area with a fridge, perfect for cooling snacks and drinks, which proved invaluable on hot days. The mosquito nets on the windows allowed for fresh air without the worry of nighttime nuisances. This family-run establishment provided a welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for families seeking comfort and relaxation. We look forward to returning to create more unforgettable memories.
